Our Approach

Our purpose is to provide education for young people with an EHCP for whom mainstream and/or traditional settings and modes of learning are either not suitable or inaccessible.

We pride ourselves in creating individual environments and provision that will facilitate relevant learning for young people but also aspire to achieve the best possible outcomes for a positive future.

We actively encourage our staff to support and provide learning experiences and programs that specifically meet the needs and aspirations of learners and their families; and seek out opportunities to enrich learning and to make our curriculum relevant.

Our staff are supported to engage in learning for themselves, to inform their practice as professionals and to develop and enhance their career or knowledge so that they too have a positive future and achieve the best possible outcomes from their time with us.

Our aim is to be a credible and justifiable alternative to mainstream education for young people and to support families in creating a positive and independent future for their child.

We are ambitious in offering access to education regardless of family circumstance or previous experience of school for children and can accommodate placements and provision through local authority funding, privately (family) funded placements (subject to certain conditions), as well as EOTAS funded tutoring and/or mentoring provisions on a 1:1 bespoke basis.
